Welcome to Belarus — The Intellectual Hub of Europe: A Strategy for the Future.
Today's Belarus is the geographical center of Europe, a territory of peaceful politics, and the cradle of breakthrough uST technologies.
We present a manifesto for the country's development through the prism of awareness, innovation, and common sense.
📍 Internal Connectivity: The Country as a Single Megacity. We propose to connect the capital, Minsk, with all regional and district centers into a single high-speed uST string transport network.
Speed and Time: A trip from Minsk to any point in the country will take between 20 and 60 minutes.
Economic Breakthrough: High mobility will blur the lines between the center and the provinces, unlocking massive potential for regional development.
New Quality of Life: uST brings the concept of "Live in an eco-friendly area — work in the capital" to life.
🚢 International Transit: A Natural Bridge Between the EAEU, Baltic, and EU Markets.
Belarus is a unique logistics hub.
We are initiating the creation of an international transit corridor that will directly connect the EAEU markets with European states and Baltic ports.
Healthy Competition: uST technology allows cargo to be transported faster and 2–3 times cheaper than traditional logistics methods.
Peaceful Politics: Thanks to the visa-free regime for citizens of the EU and other nations, Belarus is becoming the most convenient, open, and secure platform for international business.
🌍 A Living Example of Innovation: The World's First uST Projects:
Belarus acts as a flagship in implementing second-level ecological string transport.
The technology is already up, running, and scaling:
uST transport is entirely safe, autonomous, and eco-friendly. It preserves Belarusian forests, fertile soil, and protects the ecosystem of planet Earth.
NB! On June 18, 2026, during an online investor meeting, Anatoli Unitsky announced the launch of the design phase for the Minsk — Moscow ultra-high-speed string transport highway, with prospects extending to Vladivostok, marking the company’s transition to the role of a private mega-project developer.
To implement the project, Belarus's first specialized infrastructure and logistics development corporation was established on June 18, 2026. This corporation will handle independent financing and the development of the feasibility study, starting with the high-priority Minsk — Moscow section.
🗺️ Why the Minsk — Moscow route?
👇👇👇
Favorable Political Ground: The project for this line has already been discussed multiple times at the Union State level. The State Secretary of the Union State, Sergey Glazyev, and representatives of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation have previously shown interest in the idea of "string-stretching" between the capitals to launch unibuses operating at speeds of up0 km/h.
The Ideal Demonstration Ground: The distance between Minsk and Moscow (approximately 700 km) is a classic distance for high-speed transport. If uST proves that unibuses can cover this route in 1.5 hours, it will become the best global advertisement for the technology.
Economic Hub: Passenger and cargo traffic between the capitals of Belarus and Russia is immense. This guarantees a fast return on investment compared to the sparsely populated areas of Siberia and the Far East.
🏗️ Unitsky’s Tactics: Showcasing Ready-Made Value
The "give and act" principle voiced by Unitsky is precisely designed for this initial section.
The strategy is as follows:
1. Self-Sustained Execution: Launch design work and a feasibility study for the Minsk — Moscow route using the company's own resources, with investor participation and through the newly registered corporation.
2. Presenting a Ready Solution: Approach the governments of both countries not with a request to "fund an idea," but with completed engineering documentation and a pool of private investors ready to co-finance the construction.
3. Scaling Up:A successful launch, or at least an approved design for the Minsk — Moscow line, will unlock opportunities, funding, and trust from major players for further expansion to the East—towards the Urals, Siberia, and Vladivostok.
Unitsky understands that Vladivostok is a long-term ultimate goal involving immense track length, permafrost, and massive budgets.
In contrast, Minsk — Moscow is a realistic staging ground where the project will transition from the status of "blueprints and testing" into the primary high-speed artery of the Union State.
The duration of the visa-free stay is calculated in full calendar days; the first day corresponds to the date of arrival, and the last day to the date of departure (regardless of the time of arrival and/or departure). Read more...
